Introduction
Callum and Anthony are the business partners of this small, but expanding, business. We are passionate about kiting in all the forms we have, so far, found. From our humble beginnings, we are always on the lookout for new products to add to our range. At this stage, we are specialising in kiting equipment, but dream about expanding further into other 'Sports of the Air'.
Sportair: The Beginning
Sportair is a business partnership that originated due to the need for Callum and Anthony to fund a passion, namely kiting. We had found Kiteboarding, and wanted to buy, acquire, or otherswise own our personal kiteboarding equipment. We found a manufacturer, and purchased our first 12 kites for resale. The dream has expanded from there.
Where are we??
Sportair is based in Tamworth, NSW Australia. Being inland, we have had to adapt to a relative lack of water (relative to the coast that is), and with landboards, and buggys, we have been able to satisfy ourselves with plenty of action on local ovals etc. Water, however, is usually plentyful with local dams providing us with the needed challenge. Keepit Dam is approximately 40mins drive from Tamworth, it is more than satisfactory to Kiteboard, when the water levels are not depleted due to drought.
